Personally, GROW means that I will have a smooth transition after 🌐 #Mapineq and that I can relax during my upcoming parental leave👨🏽🍼😀.
🚀 This journey began in the summer of 2021, brainstorming ideas and participating in multiple informative sessions. By summer 2022, I drafted my first unsuccessful proposal 😭. A year later, I reworked it, leading to success. Thank you to all who directly or indirectly supported me 🙏🏽.

Looks like a great event for those interested in cross-national and international work! For our US followers, 15.02.2024 is February 15... there are not 15 months in the European calendar 🤓.
A bit under three years left, let’s see what will be recommended. At the moment no one (funder or host institutes) seems to have a proper idea what do with these mega-funded things afterwards.
If you ask me, we will just continue do the same but even more, the big question is in what format
