They finally found a heart transplant for my dad after a month of him waiting in the cardiac ICU (which is short in the grand scheme of this situation usually) and his surgery is at 3am
I haven’t felt this relieved in months

i feel like what happened with Jesse Zuke (former Steven Universe storyboarder who got harassed off the show by the fans over shipping discourse) should've been a case study in the dangers of parasociality. harassing the creator of a show for prioritizing certain characters is fucking ridiculous.
