Thank you! Can’t wait to see where it goes :)
Posts by Claire Scott is an AGENTED AUTHOR! 🎉
One of the great pleasures of having Claire Scott @jcscottart.bsky.social working with us at Helioscope has been watching them steadily accumulate pages on their next project, cutting no corners, just doing the hard work every day. This is great news and I can’t wait to see how the book develops!
Thanks, Steve! It’s been challenging working at the script and sub package these past few weeks, but working on it at the studio has made the process a lot better. The mentorship has been a great resource during the whirlwind the querying process is :)

I am proud to announce that I am now represented by Adria Goetz of KT Literary!
Looking forward to working more with Adria on my hotel heist thriller graphic novel and future comic projects.
Panel 1: A silhouette with an umbrella stands on the other side of an iron gate at the top of a stairwell. The hall is lit a deep red, leaving the cool blues that comprise the rainy outdoors to spill down the concrete steps. Panel 2: They close the umbrella, water droplets shaking off. Panel 3: A closer shot of Adra, who sighs as they go down the steps.

Forest study! I'm in love with how dense the underbrush is in the pacific northwest, and I want to be able to draw it so bad

Morning Doodle: “Look,” said Tolya, and she heard new reverence in his voice. Black tears ran from Lizabeta’s eyes. They gleamed hard as obsidian, as if they’d frozen there or been cast in stone themselves. (Leigh Bardugo’s King of Scars CH 11)

Calculating perspective grids traditionally is a great skill to have and I’m glad to have practiced it, but it sure did fatigue me before even getting to draw the setting
Work in progress panel from a new comic I’m working on
so glad to be doing digital pencils for backgrounds now instead of spending hours drawing custom perspective grids multiple times per page 😌
