Man I’m so happy!
Almost 10 years with this hotas, and without any problem except this time, so I’d say it’s a good run haha

(Granted I don’t fly as much as other pilots and I never do combat so I am very gentle with it)

FOUND THE FIX! Everything is back to normal!

If only it was a drifting issue. Here the throttle is not responding at all and the joystick is either going full left or in a total spin. I tried everything. Time to change I guess!

That’s what I thought, but my brain is trying to find the quickest solution to get back quickly in the cockpit haha
I know I should go for the VKB gladiator if i want something a lot more durable and all around good, but I’ll have to wait a bit.

That’s not it, i always did set my dead zones. Sadly the problem seems to be hardware related this time.

Yeah I just checked quickly with Star Wars Squadron, same problem. Really weird since everything is fine in the joy.cpl panel. I did everything from uninstalling the game, the drivers, restarting multiple times etc
I guess it just gave up on me 😅

If you are talking about the binding files, I already deleted them, but even with the base preset in the game, to problem is still there.

And my bindings are the same as usual but if I try to edit the throttle for example, it doesn't even detect it.
I tried reinstalling everything, still no solution.

Thanks for the answer mate, but unfortunately, I did all that already. It seems to be a problem between ED and the Hotas. The joy.cpl panel shows everything working perfectly but in the game, the throttle is not working and the ship start spinning.

Hey Cmdrs I need your help!
I wanted to get back in ED yesterday but my hotas (x52) is not working properly. My ship keeps turning on its own.
I tried reinstalling the drivers and changing the bindings but nothing works. The properties panel seems to show no problem at all, I don't know what to do.
