If you're on TG Desktop (and maybe the mobile apps, though I'm not sure) you can turn off that stupid fucking AI prompt they added. It's under Settings > Advanced > Experimental Settings

If anyone can find the same option on mobile, please add it in a comment.

But once you master that bit of motorbike control, a whole world of maneuvering is unlocked. Doing tight turns you thought would not be possible on a bike for instance.

It's a matter of feeling of the bike. You can only get that by riding more on it. The trick is to keep the clutch right at the gripping point, so that you can play with the throttel a bit to keep the engine above ~1500 RPM, and control the speed with the footbrake. It takes getting used to :)
