The monster fights were much more exciting than the ones in the new movies. Ishirō Honda really knew how to film these things and get the most out of his resources. Very dramatic.

In 2020, while the pandemic was raging and my wife was in cancer treatment, I got her an Xbox One S to play DayZ on. She had been watching @therealtony.bsky.social play on Twitch. The machine is still going strong, she is a really good DayZ player, and the Xbox is our main entertainment.
