Trump, Musk, Johnson, etc., think there was no wrongdoing, so why would he resign? In the GOP world, this kind of stupidity is a feature, not a bug.

He's so out of touch. We are definitely there now. Does he want to wait for tanks to roll down the streets?

Transgender mice! Trump outed them last night! Next thing you know they're gonna be using whatever bathroom they want and playing sports with the wrong team.

Oh, he got it wrong? It's transgenic, not transgender?

Never mind.

If Bezos is all about "personal liberties," can we assume that there will be many WaPo op-eds focusing on trans rights and a woman's right to choose?

(Don't be silly. Of course we can't.)

U.S. Attorneys are not the President’s lawyers. They are the United States’ lawyers. You didn’t pledge an oath to a President, you pledged it to the constitution. This statement alone is reason enough to resign.

Chris Murphy Emerges as a Clear Voice for Democrats Countering Trump (Gift Article) The third-term senator from Connecticut is eschewing caution and throwing out the traditional political playbook as he seeks a broader audience for his critiques of the president and his agenda.

I really like this senator from CT and I'm keeping my eye on him for 2028. Yes, it would be another white guy looking to be president, but he's one of too few Democrats who are really speaking to the Trump disaster.

PBS shutters DEI office The public broadcaster says it is closing its Diversity Equity and Inclusion (DEI) office to comply with a recent executive order from President Donald Trump.

Just the fact that we now have "leadership" that considers diversity, equity and inclusion to be so toxic that they must be eradicated, and that major corporations and organizations comply with this insanity without a fight, should tell you everything you know about the state of the country.

You missed my point, that there are many younger bands that also deserve the prize, and yet the Grammys went to two bands that began in the early '60s. The Beatles are my favorite band of all time, and the Stones come close. But if that is all that rock has to offer in 2025, it's over.

The Beatles and the Rolling Stones both won Grammys tonight. Is that the Recording Academy's not-so-subtle way of declaring that rock is truly dead?
