I am hoping when my mentor’s husband passes or goes in a facility, she will awaken. Her entire family is rw. Maybe if her daughter who also voted for the rapist loses her federal job, they’ll recognize what they voted for.
For her, her husband has fox news or newsmax on 24/7, he has dementia so she is with him all the time.
I watched the movie “The Brainwashing of my Dad” & it made sense. Speaking with her, none of her values align with her voting. Has she allowed it? Yes, it is insidious.
I fired my mentor of 30 years because she is supporting a rapist in the WH. It isn’t political, our values do not align anymore, but truth be told, I think she’s brainwashed. I just can’t trust her judgement any longer.
