Those are PH, right? The genuine ones are wire-to-board only, but the clones have wire-to-wire versions as well. They're fine, I use them a fair bit. The clones have poor tolerances on the retention tabs, though, so they tend to get stuck in the receptacles. Filing the tabs usually fixes it.

2.5mm pitch, so they will be of a similar size to your existing DuPonts. SM connector housings are a bit thicker to account for the key and locking tab, though.

JST SM is a good low-power (<3A/contact) wire-to-wire series; the connectors are keyed and have locking tabs. Crimp connector kits with housings and pins are pretty cheap and easy to find.
