"Holy shit did Michael Chandler cheat on his wife?????" I mean maybe? Why would that be sacreligious ground for a guy who badly spits out vague Twitter-branded stoicism about the virtues of combat, while simultaneously pulling out every outlandish dirty trick to make the fight as unfair as he can?

I feel like I'm in the minority for adoring Chandler's commitment to the "I'm a humble midwesterner with a dream who will also flatten your brain stem if I get half the chance" bit. Just a transparently nasty guy who's never let the mask fully drop.

He's a total shit but also, God love him.

Out With the Old West, in With the New Red Dead Redemption is slow and melancholic, a lamentation on the old ways refusing to die. It is perhaps more prescient than it ever knew.
