Caregivers need extra self care and rest! I see it a lot in the Facebook groups i'm in and seems very common. Its such a tough job/thing to do for your LO and people run themselves into the group doing it. Thats a good idea about the #'s! Well hopefully these games/activities help! #Caregivers
