A tanker exploded this week in Mooresville, NC. The company that owned it has a history of leaks, inappropriately storing toxic chemicals and inadequate emergency planning. @lisasorg.bsky.social published an investigation in March on Brenntag's Durham plant, too, linked in my story.
Police said he killed a man on a front porch in Charlotte last August. But more than six months later, David Graves walked out of jail.
No trial.
No bond.
No plea agreement.
