Dog saved my life for sure. I got my other dog Sammi, because this is a reality and having her has been so good for me during this. Belmont is a king, and deserves the world.

I have yes, he’s slightly warm but not feverish. Unfortunately many symptoms for him were so elusive until recently. Though I’ve been noticing things early on last year. I’d have loved an ultrasound but he was unable to lay back for 60 minutes unfortunately.

He’s suffering from labored breathing due to an airway blockage, a tumor near his rear end and weak from not eating the last three days. Drinks, but stumbles over himself - he’s 12.

We’ve gone through everything, his vets are great so they’re as worried as I am. He’s on steroids now.

He’s been dealing with a tumor that was tested benign, then losing weight rapidly over 3 months. From 48 musclebound dog to 30lb skin and bones. We have done every test, nothing has ever come back as wrong. Has a heart murmur alongside hyperkeratosis.—

Thank you T_T I’ll do anything it takes until there’s no options left.

Our only chance may just be steroids. It has so many risks but it’s a hail mary. Sadly it is likely cancer that is rampaging through him.

Just a big thank you for those who reskeeted my post around and got some work from me.

Today was rough: he’s on his last legs but we will be trying steroids as a last ditch effort. If within the week there is no improvement then I gotta make the hardest decision as a pet parent. I’ll update soon.
