Why does it not occur to brands at this time of year, that heavily branded delivery packaging, with glossy photos of the product, might just be seen by the person for whom it is intended as a gift on 25th Dec? It doesn't take much to ask the purchaser if they would like blank packaging, does it?

Opened up a can of worms. 😉 Initial thoughts 1) someone values your capability enough that you get paid for it; 2) professional body validation (but that’s way too fragmented in our space); 3) being bloody good at what you do 4) serious attention to detail 5) how you treat people and customers.
