Congress is negotiating a federal budget that threatens the lives of millions of people in America. We’ve compiled 9 critical resources to break down the impact of the federal budget on your state and local communities to help us organize through these crises.

Hundreds of us gathered outside the Capitol as Congress considers cutting essential resources to our most vulnerable neighbors and raising the military budget to 1 Trillion dollars.
Many of us were arrested as we prayed for our elected officials to choose love and compassion over greed and fear.
During the Senate’s vote-a-rama today, faith leaders & other demonstrators processed to the Capitol w/ 51 caskets to symbolize the 51,000 expected deaths next year if Congress moves forward with its cuts to healthcare.
38 moral witnesses were arrested.
Chris Shumake traveled from Alexander County, North Carolina, with pastor Joel Simpson to share what it would mean for him to lose Medicaid.
