What a lovely Christmas! Been reading my new book Cardboard Ghosts by @amabel.bsky.social . Did my annual watch of The Green Knight. And slowly constructing this adorable cottage deep in the woods.

Great rulebooks by my side for first time learning (Oblique, Chicago ‘68 and Persuation) and re-learning (Burning Banners and Cuba Libre).

I really like it! Light on rules. Not light on decisions. I think it’s worth a shot especially since it is on bga! If you want in on a bga game we have a revolving async game on my discord!

Cuba is fantastic. Have you played People Power per chance? Nevsky requires a totally different set of thinking about games I feel. The mechanics feel so fresh. Once they click its complexity sizes down I’ve noticed
