Went on my biggest adventure yet with @savethechildren.org and friends. We visited our rural programs, explained the importance of education, and our work within communities.
I’ll cherish these memories for life.
Parenting is full of side quests, one minute you’re helping with math homework, then holding a funeral for a gecko, making lunch, chauffeuring them around, & discussing big world issues. Then you realize, all these side quests were actually the main journey in disguise all along
