Oh yeah, if those kinds of games make you motion sick I think Outer Wilds sometimes doubly so with all the space flying, weird gravity, etc. Sometimes it's a lot even when you're not prone to motion sickness!

Also now I need to look up 3 in Three!

Oh yes - that game so good. I have a hundred or so hours into it and a notebook full of hunches and puzzles. Getting the itch to play it some more lately and go after a couple of the trickier ones.

Obra Dinn is very up there. Outer Wilds is top of my list. I've taken to watching people play it for the first time just to experience it again vicariously.

Now You Read Now You See Me Longtime readers will be only too familiar with my longstanding affection for the 2013 close-up magic movie Now You See Me (“it’s got the heart of a heist movie and the brains of a heist movie trailer...

I had Cowork fail at something and then tell me to do it myself but assured me "Luckily, I've already done the hard part for you!" (it had not)

The old Colbert logo had me thinking you were in some Castlevania FMV game I never had heard of.

Now I wish that existed.

I mean, all the Quakeholio/Shugashack/Shacknews folks still hang out (though we moved to Discord after the new owner decided that there'd be no more political talk on his Shacknews a year or so ago)

It really, really is a big part of the job isn't it? Treating "I don't get it" as a useful signal that perhaps something needs to be discussed and not a personal or professional failing (for either party).

Which of course led to me asking a lotttt of "dumb" or seemingly "out of touch" questions
