I’ve already lapped you with the episode - I’m back at the Smurfs - and I’m thinking now that having blood drops on baby Sammy’s forehead (instead of the bed) would have also acted as foreshadowing to poor Jessica’s fate.
Cinematography on this show fed us SO WELL and we have 20+ years of incredible fanart inspired by it. I know I’ve seen multiple pieces inspired by the image of Dean on the bridge at night, and it’s literally just the beginning.
