Not been out and about in a short while for a few health reasons.
Back on my feet now and off to the Swansway to see Nantwich Town v Newcastle Town.

After a dominant performance ended in defeat on Tuesday, it’s back at home tomorrow and hopefully a win to top off a good day all around.

Don’t tell the Linnets, but Adam Rooney made his debut for Nantwich Town coming on as a second substitute and got an assist!
I’ve recently put a lot of work and analysis into a player and had confirmation last night that the club I did it for has decided to sign him, and the player has agreed to join.
It’s a very high level of job satisfaction to hear that, and the feedback from staff at the club is key to that.
Given the current situation at #Blackburn, the appointment of Michael O’Neil seems an odd one. Nothing against Michael, he’s very capable at what he does. However, appointing him on a job share with the situation the club is in seems odd.
What a header by the Benfica keeper!
Currently doing some recruitment work for a club in the women’s game. Looking at #WSL U21 and WSL 2 players looking for a loan or a permanent move next season.
Really interesting deep dive and learning all of the time.
Kevin Schade of #Brentford. Great little player.
Securing the services of James Garner for a further four years is brilliant for #Everton
His contributions have often gone unnoticed but people are noticing now.
Impressive performance by Nantwich. Squad rotation after three fixtures in a week and a solid 2-0 win over the Linnets.
On to @crewealexandra.bsky.social in the Semi Finals.
Cheshire Cup fixture tonight, Nantwich v Runcorn.
Done a little work for Nantwich so interesting to see how they get on tonight.
Jake O’Brien was colossal for #Everton yesterday and was key to the clean sheet. He instilled a calmness in Tarkowski too. Michael Keane has a task to get back in now but if and when he’s ready it has to be for Tarkowski. And, when Branthwaite is available again he has to play with O’Brien.
An ugly 2-0 win to Nantwich. Great hospitality by @congletonfc.bsky.social - thank you.
Non-league for me today as I travel to @congletonfc.bsky.social for their match against Nantwich Town.
Should be an interesting match as Nantwich have a new manager and won quite convincingly midweek v Kidsgrove.
