do not apologize. we all have bad days and that’s okay. i have mental breakdowns/meltdowns and i’ve been embarrassed about how i am during them but i was told it’s better to let it out than have it consume you one day.

you are worthy of life, mint. depression tries to take that away but you have to create an enemy of it. anytime you get bad thoughts, immediately do coping exercises. i know im a total stranger but if you ever need to talk, just message me. no one can fight it alone. 🫂
that’s the depression talking. i used to be extremely suicidal, have had two ego deaths/mental shut downs on different occasions that both lasted a year each, and have attempted twice, but somehow i pulled through. therapy, medication, and lifestyle changes helped tremendously.
