today i learned you shouldn't sear salmon that still has the scales on (cuz i was too lazy to descale and was just gonna chuck the skin today) cuz THE SCALES WILL INCINERATE AND SEND SMOKE EVERYWHERE...... descale or skin your fish before searing it on high heat in a pan folks...... or just bake it

ehhh... the contour is just a matte milky brown. the blush is maybe a bit sparkly but not too much? i could ask tho, good idea! using it for resin is probably a much more substantial use compared to using it to dust over toys

maybe if I get into clay art I can mix in pigments?? use the Nars blush as nui blush or airdry clay blush??? <--doesnt even do either of these hobbies

I have a Nars blush and a Makeup Forever contour that's both powder and I only used once with clean brushes and a clean face. They're practically brand new and I don't see myself using them again but I doubt I know anyone who would want these u_u what a waste tho 😭

I follow a Youtuber/Writer named Hannah Louise Poston and she has a very grounded view on makeup and fashion which I like, and often does thoughtful declutters and mentions giving some barely used stuff to close friends and family. Wish I could give away some of the makeup I bought for the wedding!

Actually the shade of concealer I have isn't too light so much as it's a perfect match for some parts of my face but too light for other parts. if I have another that matches my chin, I will be unstoppable

The Haus Labs concealer is so good that if I get my perfect shade match I don't need foundation. Ugh it's just so satisfying to apply. No other makeup product makes me feel this way. Maybe some lipsticks but a concealer?? Never lusted over a concealer before but Gaga did something

Now, I normally don't wear makeup, so you'd think I just wouldn't bother buying a closer shade match, but while I prob won't bother getting another foundation, I REALLY wanna get another Haus Labs concealer in a shade darker to match me, it's that good
