The law and what should be a fair justice system handles the punishments. And that’s the core of this problem- if the laws are changed to include fiction art creation, that is a slope too steep to stop rolling down. What starts with things you or I find immoral, ends with the things we love or are.

My general rule is; fictional art creates no harm. Regardless the theme, topic, or depiction. IRL, or nearly IRL gen images, can and do cause harm in some obvious situations. I might find some fictional art distasteful, or just disturbing- that doesn’t mean it should be outlawed.

The word “ALL” was used in the OP. And things that are obvious to us who push back, are Clearly not obvious to those doing the pushing. They will twist and warp words, and further manipulate to meet their agenda. Again. Nuance. Is. Important. Because yes- They do think that.

Kinks and Porn defined as ‘consensual’ adults 100%. Some nuance is required. We can’t beat back the vapid bs, without acknowledging there are some sick folks engaging in predatory and dangerous behaviors.
