Real talk (reel talk?):
BWDR recently lost a partnership that covered nearly half our operating budget, so things are suddenly very tough. If what we do has ever meant something to you, or you’ve ever thought about subscribing, now’s the time—it *truly* makes a difference.
We need your help more than ever right now to keep going—more on that later—but for now this is the best possible way to help support us 🙏
Theme park peeps: I wrote my Masters thesis on the use of intelligence methods to protect theme parks and I live very close to Bedford, UK. Know anyone in Universal management who may be interested to know that?
As another migraineur, I appreciate your piece in Stylist. Hope you find that solution soon!

Showing the accessibility settings for alt text in bluesky with two options: Require alt text before posting Display larger alt text badges Both are checked
As Bluesky has grown, I've seen a lot of backsliding on alt text. Please try to be considerate to others and include alt text with all of your images. It helps everyone. Indeed, in the "accessibility" setting in Bluesky you can set it to make sure you add alt text, which is a useful thing to do.
Absolutely! Accepting rejection as just a normal part of it all is such a crucial step. Acceptance stats only serve to discourage.
100% agree. Ignore acceptance stats!
Remember that a character saying something is not exactly the author saying it.
It’s always bothered me when a character quote is posted like an interview quote. Uh, that was Satan, not Milton.
