@enosarris.bsky.social On your Google sheet, would it be possible for you to freeze the top row with all of the categories? Once you get past the guys on the first screen, it is really hard to tell what columns are without scrolling up and down. Thanks.

@enosarris.bsky.social Sal Stewart or Bryce Eldridge long term?
@enosarris.bsky.social Is there a 2026 update yet for your Google Sheet with prelim rankings yet? Last I saw was end of year S+ numbers.
Fwiw, I am fine playing the hot hand while it lasts, but if I had to pick, I’d go Hoskins.
Season numbers favor Hoskins. A couple hundred AB is not a valid sample size.
Play the better player. Hoskins is better than Vaughn.
Trying to valuate Marsee in a dynasty sim league and just thought it was an interesting comp (great performance with some iffy batted ball metric/history warning signs.)
@dvr.bsky.social @enosarris.bsky.social Is Jakob Marsee the new Matt McLain?
Much better to keep numbers in circulation and use it to honor a current player. So, #19 for Brewers goes to current “best player” if they so desire.
I really think an end of year series between the White Sox and Rockies to see who gets relegated would be awesome. Seriously.
I am finally watching season 3 of Netflix Daredevil (Kingpin connection)…. So so good.
Free Noelvi (yeah, yeah….selfish reasons).
For some reason I have been watching a lot of Stewart Copeland interviews lately. He is a national treasure in all of the absurdity it entails.
Many wanted Bo gone as well a few years before he went to back to back FFs. Said he couldn’t win in March. You don’t go deep…until you do.
Claiming top end players are playing for the Dodgers at less than market value is not the own that some believe it to be.
All the Big Ten coaches (post 1970) with a better B10 record than Gard through similar experience: Knight, Bo, Izzo, Matta, Keady, Orr. That is it. That is the list. We are SO lucky to have double G. #Badgers
Nobody can convince me that something isn't up with Ronnie Porter. I have no idea if it is an injury, illness, personal, etc. but she has been a shell since she returned after one game absence. 2 points, 4 turnovers, -17 +/- (worst on the team) tonight and I can't recall her last good game.
Jordan Love this season
EPA/play: 9th
Adjusted EPA/play: 7th
EPA + CPOE: 10th
ANY/A: 5th
This while being top ~3 (and 1st depending on who is counting) in drop rate.
The idea he was bad this year is demonstrably wrong.
Ranks right up there with high school signing ceremonies where Loren”sign” to walk on to a D3 private school that takes anyone interested.
Leah Nordin is a big recruit for Badgers. I have never seen her play, but I think all well-regarded home state kids are a priority.
Guys who are also equally deserving of Baines are O'Neill, Carl Crawford, Barfield, Reggie Sanders, Furcal, Rizzo, Albert Belle, Salmon, Justice, Sundberg, Van Slyke, etc. Just a travesty of a selection.
The Harold Baines election to the #HOF has opened the floodgates for guys like Dave Parker. Parker, under most modern standards, falls a bit short, but if you let in Baines, you pretty much have to let in guys like Parker (who was better than Baines).
.
Updated recruiting chart with the '25 numbers. Obviously, this could still go up/down based on players who have not signed yet, transfer class, etc.
Should also be a wakeup call for those anointing Carter Smith as a savior....maybe he will be...but he could also be Nick Evers.
Omar Vizquel over a laundry bag of old jockstraps is unforgiveable.
Bladerunner 2049 being a great movie is a hill I will die upon.
When the product on the field is good, you can take your ticket base for granted. When times are tough and fan loyalty is tested, the stuff around the margins becomes more important.
Raising ticket prices, ignoring concession issues, not improving game production, not doing anything about seating issues, continuing student ticket policy and seating, etc. is a recipe for really tough times.
Maybe a return to excellence, whether under Fickell or someone else, will bring back the energy that has slowly dwindled over the years? HOWEVER, the UW needs to understand that they had better get to work in elevating the fan experience.
