I’m very much looking forward to speaking at this event on legal histories of reproductive justice at the University of Bristol next week. My paper is far less well developed than I’d hoped, but I think there’s still enough there for an interesting discussion.

Given his history in reporting on the ME (actual!) scandal in NHS and the fact that Wessely who was a key part of that is now a key part of nhs approach to trans youth you'd think he might be interested in covering that too and publicly addressing the fact he was wrong.

Sandyford informed us on Friday that they intend to start a ‘waiting list validation’ from today. This means that they will be contacting everyone on the adult waiting list to check their details are correct and that they wish to remain on the list. They have already done this exercise for the young person’s waiting list.
It is extremely important that if your contact details have changed since joining the list that you contact Sandyford to update them. People will be contacted in stages, so you might not be contacted straight away. If your contact details are correct, you do not have to do anything until Sandyford contacts you.
Once you are contacted, you need to respond within 14 days. You will be sent a short questionnaire to fill in. Sandyford have said that reminders to respond will be sent. We are trying to get information from Sandyford about what will happen if someone does not respond. If you have not heard from Sandyford by 1st June, please get in touch with them.

Please note the belief requirements point. The OfS set out its view last summer, in a paper on free speech, stating it would be improper to ask for evidence of a commitment to EDI in hiring or promotions processes. This would discriminate against those opposed to equality, diversity and inclusion.
It's cute they think this will bring corporate partnerships back.
Ultimately all this will do is lead to a few "even stonewall says it went too far" think pieces and no change in their fundraising because GCs will not allow anywhere to do so unchallenged.
