hooking up to your email should also be seen as giving it access to untrusted content. you might not notice if malicious instructions are hitting your spam folder, but the llm might find them

something underappreciated is the web search tool in claude code counts as both 2 and 3. an attacker can encode data in a url that's sent to them when the page is fetched, and they can hide malicious instructions to do so in a website that's seen by the web search

most claude code usage of course involves doing this, the risks are greater the less you vet its actions and the more access to private or untrusted content you give it

people doing this should understand the risks. the "lethal trifecta" is when you give the LLM 1) access to private data 2) ability to externally communicate and 3) exposure to untrusted content, you expose yourself to that private data being exfiltrated

this looks amazing. hopefully finding and playing good levels is as slick as mario maker

proven to be very good to watch and can be seen as turn based strategy as a stretch. but it's not enough turns and they take too long. we watch for athletics, personalities, and teams

far worse game to play, and very hard to call it turn based strategy from the player's perspective (except qb)

it's great

most games can do it without any implementation at all, there's a setting on the steamworks page where you tell it the directory and file patterns of your save files

looks wonderful

one of my favorite things about the wordle craze was i heard about a lot of teachers playing it with their students in the mornings. i bet that's still happening some. i heard a couple stories of xordle being played like this as well

i love seeing games for really young kids

oh that's clever. i had assumed when you silvered something it must have added 1 or 2 copies to the pool, but removing a copy of the skipped cards is very interesting

the whole game design is so wonderful and amazing though tbh
