Sigh
This is so sad.
Already getting requests.
#MedEd and #MedLibs folks, our colleague Mary C. Young is trying to survey health professions students and recent grads about their #MedImprov experiences. If you know someone 18-28 who has had improv as part of their healthcare training, please send them to: forms.microsoft.com/Pages/Respon...
Ugh
I don’t have access but would be curious to test
We don’t need more credentials, especially since very few know what credentials we have stand for. Unfortunately with threats to higher education, more places will need to consolidate most likely.
I echo your concerns
Yes. We have a lot of ebooks in here and journals
@openevidence.bsky.social do you have a way for libraries to integrate a link to their full text?
Yes we have to get updates approved
Marketing controls ours so that is why I am asking
Just curious does your library have any control of your website? #medlibs
Exciting news - I have actually updated the Library Conferences on BlueSky page, and it now has current and previous 2026 sections! Lots to do to add in events I have noted in screenshots and saved emails, but good progress.
The access services department started doing this a year ago and some months we get great engagement
Umm, I know cases for learning can be fictional, but published case reports in a society medical journal, for the last 25 years 😧?? #medlibs retractionwatch.com/2026/03/03/c...

The JBI logo appears in the bottom right, bold white text reads “Methodology Month” on a rounded blue banner, set against a dark blue background with abstract connected lines and nodes representing diverse methodologies grounded in shared principles, forming clear, systematic pathways that guide users step by step to rigorous, transparent, and trustworthy evidence syntheses. The JBI logo depicts a pebble (‘evidence’) dropping into water, symbolising the ripple effect of positive change driven by evidence.
🔥 Hot tip! Before starting a systematic review, make sure an information scientist/research librarian is part of the review team. They have specialised skills to develop & implement a comprehensive search strategy 🔎

So, the HR Manager at #SLV used to work for TAB, a large Australian gambling company (responsible for destroying many lives). The #SLV is being dismantled before our very eyes. #medlibs #ALIA
Oh so many thoughts
@openevidence.bsky.social are you now requiring NPI? I work with PhDs and medical students who would like access to this resource.
Thank you!
