Snagged a 6am lift with my daughter on her way to work. Early morning ocean trotty jog to start the day. Perfect.

My daughter’s house backs onto a conservation area. There’s a local Govt ruling that cat owners must keep their pets in at night to stop them hunting wildlife. Ive not seen a single cat around about and everyone walks their dogs on the lead as requested in the area on the signs.

It was the 3 colour quinoa so the darker grains did stand out.

I always add quinoa to brown rice when I cook it, done it for years. Mr A has only just noticed tonight.
