I just listened to a Mozart symphony this morning and kept thinking "Is this ever going to be over?"

I don't know much about classical music. I like early music and some more contemporary experimental stuff. I do know I don't really like Mozart. It's just too much and sort of repetitive as if more noise and notes substitutes for innovation. Kind of like a Baz Luhrmann film.

I like Kronos Quartet stuff usually. So I'm thinking this reminds me so much of Arvo Pärt's music and it turns out he was greatly influenced by Gregorian chants.
