In cedh it's more just used as a flash enabler, some decks make use of the untap ability, but that's a secondary bonus that sometimes comes up. The retraction helix stuff was not great, everyone stopped playing that part

Put exile triggers on stack, cast unexpectedly absent to put it on top of the deck. Combo with containment priest. Save your own stuff from removal, trigger nadu. Rebuy etbs. It's just versatile, tho not great it reactive decks
