@amerpie.lol You seem to be the go to guy for OSx software but by any chance do you have a recommendation for an hdmi kvm switch? I want to share two hdmi monitors with my new m4 pro but also be able to switch them back to my pc (which has hdmi/displaylink/usb3.0) w/out having to juggle cables.

It's like i'm a kid again and it's the night before Christmas and I'm waiting up for Santa.... What is this weekend going to bring? Maybe a demo of someone's latest model attached to their bank account but during the presentation it goes rogue and dumps 50 million into something like $Switfties? 🤞🤞😍
January has been just bangers for crypto & AI brodoggies. My favorite so far has been Elon and Altman throwing literal tantrums at the thought DeepSeek used some of the data their companies stole from all of US then produced something cheaper& better. Then the clickhouse leak! **chefskiss**
If you want to use DeepSeek and don't want to send data to China, here are two easy options:
1. Use Perplexity
Just select "Reasoning with RI" in the dropdown. Honestly, this is the best version of Perplexity I've used yet.
Cons: Queries per day are limited
Option 2 below 👇
"The truth of love an unsung song must tell
The course of love must follow blind
Without a look behind"
Not only a great quality video and great version of Reuben and Cerise but one of the few completely solo Jerry gigs (he even played two shows that day)..

8 years ago when I moved to Seattle I met Dean over at Al’s where he held court behind the bar..now I just heard one of his songs on the radio. The voice of a A 1940s cowboy crooner. His success could not have happened to a nicer person…check him out.

After watching the yachtrock documentary last night I forgot how much of that era has just absolute bangers for hooks..... this remix kicks....and i mean that in a good way. keep em coming.
I mean, a 7.3 is still good. It's not a sub 6 or worse...maybe he shouldn't have leaned too heavy on the post-production and instead written some better lyrics? I was expecting you to say you gave them a 4.1 and then on top of that said the album cover was crap.
Hell yeah, finally we get to learn the name of the long dead Italian Mob-linked shooter on the grassy knoll. - www.whitehouse.gov/presidential...
Two articles that are great reads and sync up perfectly on explaining the confederacy of dunces and the damaged mindset that controls them:

So apparently Hindu Love Gods actually played three shows in the 80s with Michael Stipe joining in for one of them (which makes sense seeing how the band is basically REM but with Warren Zevon at the helm).. 1980s Athens, GA must have been a crazy music scene.

That's what RSSHub was made for - sites that either don't have rss/atom feeds, don't want you to have feeds or do them horribly- 100% open source, easy to config for cache & even proxy options, easy AF to self-host but also 100s of instances already publicly avail - github.com/DIYgod/RSSHub
lol I knew I wasn't the only one! Great old printers that I don't have to worry might get an overnight firmware update bricking the damn thing (or sending all my cats in hats gifs to their corporate overlords). Btw airprint still *should* work, just it's a pain to setup, also older cannon drivers.
Folks in power or even in the press get called out all the time with the "stop it, you're acting like a dumbass" line Mike. The only difference is it's when a politician shows compassion for a group they're supposed to "oppose" or a host presses someone they're interviewing on a lie. It's a shame.

big thief's- shark smile was on heavy rotation at my house a while back. Great album!
Ohh and to add one more thing on that last post - If it's a non-profit providing the service then there's 2x the chance something bad will happen. Always have your own copy of the data. There's been a few wannabe sam altman acts i've seen where they're nonprofit but have closed source-code.
Just a quick reminder my friends that if you don't have physical control over your content you definitely don't own it. Hosts can go offline, bankrupt, data fails, change ownership, or just decide they don't like you and poof, no more content. Backups are easy and can be cheap/free.
¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Ohh fun.
NICE!
Lubys (www.lubys.com/locations) is still around... though every other chain I can think of is long gone. They only could be as cheap as they were popular and when bigger name chains that could keep their prices low due to coverage moved in they couldn't match. That's the 90s/2000s. Then covid.
