All in all, I’ve enjoyed #Wrestlemania 42, mostly because it’s just been nice to kick back and watch some wrestling, drink some beer and eat some pizza - but between both quality and production issues it’s demonstrably a worse viewing experience than it was even 3 years ago

These packages build hype for a match so effectively, to effectively swap them out for adds is gross #Wrestlemania

And they only seemed to do promo packages for the main events. As a casual viewer I totally rely on those to know what’s going on, but also WWE’s video editing dept has always been one of its strongest points? #Wrestlemania

Many matches were far too short to even get invested. Night one felt like an episode of Raw ffs. #Wrestlemania

That is not to say that balances out some glaring production issues with the show. There are FAR too many ad breaks (and on paid content 1 is too many, but I digress) we should not be looking at that “we’ll be right back” graphic for a full fucking hour of our PPV. #Wrestlemania

Night two absolutely pisses on night one, but this main event was something else. It’s how you leave ‘em, and I think the Vegas crowd will be heading home really happy. #Wrestlemania

Now, here’s where I may risk a controversial opinion, but I really don’t mind them double-dipping in Vegas. Vegas is such a special place for me. I miss it so much and it feels unlikely that I’ll ever get to go back. So I get a kick out of out every skyline shot, every bit of theming #Wrestlemania

So… Vegas has an iconic skyline. Why are we not using it for this graphic instead of this Tron-ass stuff!? #Wrestlemania
