The EEOC’s decision to no longer pursue employment gender identity discrimination cases not only flies in face of a Supreme Court decision but rests on a dangerous idea: that trans people are not real.

I am participating in Glisten’s Day of Silence to stand in solidarity with LGBTQIA+ students to raise awareness about bullying and harassment including from the governmental entities designed to protect them.

I just told a team member to hold off on publishing a piece for tomorrow because the president might drop a nuke on Iran tonight, and such a catastrophe is all that people would want to talk about. I can’t believe that we’re actually here.

Despite the years of evidence that trans people have no discernible advantage in sports competition, the Anti-Trans Hate Machine has scored its latest victory in the IOC’s decision to ban trans women from competing equitably in sports.

The decision by the International Olympic Committee is disappointing but not a surprise.  Christian Nationalist and authoritarian forces have spent the last decade waging a campaign to convince the world that trans people don’t belong in sports and array of other public spaces.
