Wild that Altman is being sued by his sister for repeated sexual abuse and that doesn’t come up in basically every conversation about him. I get that it’s alleged but if that shit was happening to someone else I feel like that would come up, particularly if that person had a history of lying a lot.
I had some people round for dinner last night, and I tried to impress them with a sauce created from vodka, gravy and nitrous oxide. But all I've done is make myself an absolut laughing stock.

whenever people announce they're taking a break from bluesky, it's usually because they're astronauts experiencing a mandatory communications blackout as they re-enter earth's atmosphere. that's why they always come back in six minutes
Imagine being in space 30 min ago and now you’re about an hour from In n Out

Some very say news just in, but Shozin Fukui, director of Pinocchio 964 and Rubbers Lover, passed away on 2 April. As some might know, in the midst of a resurgence of interest in his work that culminated with a 2025 retrospective at K's Cinema in Shinjuku, he was diagnosed with oesophageal cancer.

This vibrant marine painting is by contemporary French artist Eric Le Pape. His signature, a distinct, stylized mark, is visible in the bottom-right corner of the piece.

Nixon won his 1972 re-election in a landslide, winning 49 states.
In 1974 he resigned.
By 1976, you couldn’t find anyone who would admit to supporting him.
Looking forward to history repeating itself.
It's a propaganda strategy based on big tobacco. The goal isn't to be right, it's to muddy the waters and sow doubt/confusion. The bad guys don't need truth (especially since it's against them), they just need to convince enough people to give up or err on the side of caution bc it's "being debated"
A thought of "separating the art from the artist":
It's a way to approach the work as an audience member, taking it entirely on its own terms. Just the art, regardless of what the artist might be like. It's not about money.
If you buy it and the artist gets paid, you haven't separated shit.
if you see someone stealing food, no you didn't
