You should check out Railfan which features FMV Chicago transit. My buddy and I were loving it. There's also an awesome techno theme featuring sampled CTA lines.

The atmosphere in this game is absolutely incredible. When I played it I would sometimes just stop to stare at the environments before I was inevitably attacked by something lol
