I put nettle powder in my smoothie- it is great hair food!
Soup- first you braise the nettles in a little water. 3-4 min. Next sautee an onion with 2 garlic cloves, add the nettles and fresh or frozen spinach. Add pint of veg bullion, and simmer for 20 min.
Whirl in blender when cool. Season!
It was! it was delicious! It’s a great spring cleanse! I’m in California now, but when I lived in England, I used to gather nettles in the chess valley and cook them in a soup with watercress!

It is! I love foraging! I just picked a bunch of nettles and combined them with spinach, onion garlic and made spinach nettle soup. It was so nutritious and delicious!
