Although I understand the “at will“ aspect as I live in Florida, I am curious about the circumstances where the employer is being intimidated by the Federal Government and if that changes anything for the employee.
Question- If a company fires a person for expressing their 1A rights because said company fears retaliation from the Federal Government, can the employee sue for wrongful termination?
