Documents reveal deliberations that led to Christian nationalist performing at the Legislature When officials denied Feucht's permit, ministry and Premier's office staff stepped in to make his event happen.

EXCLUSIVE: Documents obtained through ATI reveal that an Alberta Infrastructure employee raised "red flags" about MAGA Christian nationalist performer Sean Feucht's performance at the Legislature last year.

The concert occurred anyway.

Majority of Albertans oppose separating from Canada: Leger poll The majority of Albertans support the province staying in Canada, according to a March Leger poll.

Alberta separatists are 20% of the vote, 100% of the noise.

They've railroaded us into a conversation that erodes business confidence and pits us against each other.

Absent polls suggesting any chance Albertans want this, the Premier should shut the door to a divisive referendum.

I love this flag.

It represents everything I love about Alberta. When I see this flag, I see the river valley, Prince's Island Park, I see rolling plains and lush forests. I see the hoodoos and the mountains.

I see home. I see Alberta. I see Canada.

No, you're not. You're playing semantic games when the future of our province and country is at stake.

If you're more bothered with a word than with the fact that people are using fake promises to split our country apart, then your priorities are absolutely fucked.

If I say, "this is cool!", do I mean it's cold or it's good/exciting/great?

2 months ago 1 0 1 0

This is incorrect.

People have used the word "Federalist" to refer to the pro-Canada position for decades. Look at the Quebec 1995 referendum.

Please stop being a semantic asshole.

Again, this is not what we mean.

Do you want Alberta to stay in Canada?

Yes, that's what it means in Canada.

I need to hammer home how important this is.

Separatists have been waiting for years for this moment. People I never saw as separatist are spreading the petition like wildfire.

We need to organize. We need brave people to step up & lead.

For Alberta. For Canada.

Good thing we're not talking about the USA.

In Canada, "federalist" means someone who supports Canada & a province staying in Canada.

If a Conservative supports Alberta staying in Canada, then it doesn't matter.

Our first and only goal is protecting Alberta's place in Canada. We can go back to our political fights after that.

Proud Albertans who love Canada - also known as "Federalists," need to start organizing.

It doesn't matter what your political party, ideology, or beliefs are. This has to be the time where we start taking charge and getting ready.

The moments in which it feels like President Donald Trump has crossed a line seem to happen more frequently these days. In just the last few weeks we’ve had the cruel mockery of the murder of Rob Reiner and his wife, the spasm of brinksmanship over Greenland, the smearing of allied soldiers who fought and died alongside US troops, the rolling ICE catastrophe, the revelation that Trump’s crypto coin raked in $500 million from an investment firm tied to the UAE, and a reported attempt to coerce Congress into renaming New York’s Penn Station after himself. That’s off the top of my head.

If I could travel back to January 2021 and show my younger self this paragraph, he would be absolutely horrified.

For me, it's just Friday.

If they’re willing to do this then I’d bet money they’re willing to encourage/support Alberta separatism.

Recall petition targeting Alberta Premier Danielle Smith approved | CBC News Alberta Premier Danielle Smith, along with two additional members of her cabinet, are now the latest MLAs to face a recall petition from constituents.

These MLA recall campaigns are a pretty signal that a growing number of Albertans are unhappy with the UCP and want to do something about it. This should be a big wake up to the opposition NDP that it’s time to start nominating candidates who can try to harness some of this volunteer power.

Alberta has had justice ministers since 1905 yet the “political activism” Mickey Amery is seeking to shield himself from seems to have only been an issue since the UCP formed government six years ago. 🤔

No society in history has improved its standard of living without low-cost energy: B.C. expert The energy debate in Canada has flipped upside down. People still worry about climate change, but polls suggest people are ready for the real-world "energy literacy" offered by Don Wright.

Good of the Vancouver Sun to update this piece to a) more accurately describe me, and b) include links to my pieces that debunked Don Wright's bad argument.
