Is this what winning looks like? 🤔

Individuals have a limited amount of executive functioning capacity every day. These groups use a lot of it just navigating the world safely.
I remember reading about how Obama limited his wardrobe choices so he did not need to use that energy on unimportant things. Same principle.
The emotional energy expended by Black people, Hispanics, native Americans, LGBTQ+, and women could double the country’s GDP if it were used to create vs protect.
We need to start seeing and calculating the human costs of our society.
I watched the documentary about Noah Kahan recently and he is such a son of New England, in the best way.
We took our daughter to his first Fenway show last summer and it was magical - and the sky seemed to know it needed to put on a show as well.
The President is bat-shit crazy.
Maybe I should start using the 🦇💩 emoji for Trump instead of 🍊 - or maybe 🍊🦇💩

The GOP playbook for the last 50+ years, in two sentences.
Brilliant and thank you for demonstrating there are people who will hold the line.
Speaking of which… off for a morning walk with a friend. Glorious morning here, if a bit brisk.
We are sarcastic and teasing, yes… and can be a bit mean - to our *friends* because it’s how we show affection.
Clearly others objected too… and Nike offered a kind of pathetic apology.
Shut up Nike. You all do you ♥️
A Midwest relative posted this awful sign from the Nike store in downtown Boston and assumed it spoke to some of the people running the Boston Marathon.
I looked at it and thought that no, Nike just misunderstood Boston humor, which has an edge but it’s never cruel and we don’t punch down.
Happy Patriot’s Day and Marathon Monday!
They can go first… we’ll watch
The answer, in cooking, is always more butter 😛
Seems like “trickle-down” is more like “steam rises” - heat things up, keep people scrambling, and they won’t notice they are being slowly boiled.
Have been wondering when candidates would start talking about this. One of the biggest corruption scandals is U.S. history playing out in real time.
Tell me more - I have some things to work around but it would definitely be fun and interesting!
The U.S. is so far behind much of Europe on energy independence and sustainability - including net-zero houses.
Hoping this gets more people here in the U.S. transitioning.
This makes me want to turn this into embroidery or a quilt or something seen as equally quaint.
Resistance through dissonance 😏
This is a bizarre comparison but is an interesting lens on someone who has a purpose/strategy above $$$ and someone who doesn’t.
It’s hard to build a movement if you are focused solely on yourself… the fallacy of MAGA was that people believed Trump was in it for them.
People are craving meaning.
Cool cool
(Translation: What the ever-loving fresh hell is this?)
Clarence Thomas ruled in favor of Citizens United.
Harlan Crow's political contributions then went up 862%.
Then we later find out Thomas let Crow take him on lavish trips, buy his mom's house, and help fund his wife's conservative nonprofit.
But go on about how "progressivism" is a problem...
I loathe Flock and Ring for this reason. It’s one thing to record and view who came to your door - quite another that it is uploaded to a centralized, privately held database and used for commercial purposes (never mind sold to AI companies).
This is outrageous. State and federal governments are woefully out of date and should be funding much more experienced tech policy groups + passing legislation.
This is a private building but one that invites in the public, who deserve privacy and a degree of anonymity.
DOJ demanded voter files from all 50 states.
DOJ sued 31 states for refusing their demand.
My law firm intervened to protect voters in those cases.
DOJ is now 0-5.
My firm is 5-0.
Lesson: When we fight we win.
Everything that was awesome about the Internet is being broken.
So sad…
The world seems to be burning and in this little corner of the U.S. the police blotter reveals this dystopia 😏😛🤣
Exactly one year ago today:
"SpaceX bought 1,279 Cybertrucks in Q4 2025, representing over 18% of Tesla’s total US sales during the quarter. That’s not fleet expansion—that’s a bailout wearing corporate camouflage"
