NEWSFLASH: Genocidal Polish land thief insults the world’s intelligence.

On the tenth anniversary (!) of Prince’s passing, I thought I would share this piece I was commissioned to write for a Finnish magazine when he died.

Interesting! Some of the sounds and words I used in the jam I allowed to help shape what the lyric would be - it was a fascinating way to work.

Thank you Fiona ☺️ Yes I’m writing the lyrics. In the jam, I used phonetics to ‘shape’ what the melody and lyric line might be and then wrote them after the event.

😢 We learn nothing…

Big project this year. Brand new double album with my son Corey producing. Some time ago, me, Corey and his guitarist Ash went into a rehearsal studio and jammed for hours. Out of that jam came the basis of 14 songs. Organic, immediate- the antithesis of AI. This summer we begin recording. 😎
