Dark magician girl in the 1996 era pokemon style

From Xenoblade Chronicles 3 (2022) for the Nintendo Switch console family - the Interlinked Ouroboros form of Sena and Lanz, with Sena being in control. One knee is on the ground, with the other leg straightened out to the side. Her body is twisting slightly as her head faces to our right, and her body faces to our left. Her long ponytail like appendage that ends in a ring of blue flames flows directly behind her and ends on the left of the page. She has two huge hand like wings that float next to her shoulders. While they would usually be spread out wide at either side, I have drawn them to be tucked or closed, pointing straight behind her instead, in order to fit them on the page. The art style is inspired by Yoji Shinkawa, artist of the Metal Gear series, with a focus on expressive ink brush work, and harsh black/white values to create shapes and forms.
