This case is only nominally about the executive order. The question I have here is not "will the EO get struck down" (it will). It is: how much room do Trump and future Congresses have to destroy this country.

It's just a matter of how he loses.

Striking down the EO while expanding the exceptions for birthright citizenship and instruction Trump how to write the next executive order *is* a clear loss to the cause.

I am more worried about that than the fate of this EO.

What value this mission provides:
-- PR for Lockheed Martin, whose weapons have been used for the genocide in Gaza
-- Learning how to fly to the moon in this way
-- Preparing for a future mission to land on the moon
-- Advancing prep for commercialization and militarization of space
-- PR for US
