Ah, yes, ok I see what you’re saying. I guess what I was getting at is that I don’t think Dems/Dem leadership would abide by dis/misinformation, they’d shut it down, whereas Reps/Rep leadership have welcomed it/leveraged it from the start.
IMO it’s worse than messaging. Dems and Reps play by 2 different sets of rules. Or rather Dems follow rules, and Reps make up their own (e.g., Obama SCOTUS vs Trump SCOTUS). Diff is Dems wld be held accountable by their party while Reps pay no political price.
