Your definition of anti-social, is simply somewhat unhelpful and needlessly inflammatory, as it broad strokes too much into it, and as it isn't what people usually use, is bound to cause confusion

Of course, those can be well designed as well to minimize those things, it's all a bunch of complex trade offs

While in games in which "other players are invested in my character as a person" can very much mean being mechanically forced into vulnerability, or even reach extremes of having men being mechanically incentivised to interrupt me and treat me like crap (I can give receipts through DMs if you want)
