Judge: The video, of the journey from Brooklyn to Lower Manhattan combined with clips from a well known revenge killing film, in context, it's a threat. The evidence weighs in favor of detention.
Judge Ricardo: I find there is a basis for a detention hearing. And I find the statement about pushing up daisy, it is intimidating and was meant to be conveyed to Judge-1. So the risk is bolstered by the defendant's history.
