I looked it up and it turns out there were zero book related deaths in 2023 and so far none in 2024 so, I don’t know, books may not be the problem.

I’d get it in for replacement.

I do concur. For a 2022 that’s too excessive already. Do you hear any clicking or have any grease leaking? If it were me I’d try and get warranty to replace that.

There’s still time to buy my book as a Christmas present!

If you’d like to buy one directly from me (the absolute best way to support the project), I can sign it for you and get it to you before the holidays.

Message me here, send me an email, or hit the big button on elliotjaystocks.com/book

* Features
• Pure Python (no extra NodeJS build process needed)
• Filters out unused classes, ids, elements from CSS based on HTML templates
• Handles Django/Jinja styles HTML
templates
• Can be used as a filter with django-compressor to minify CSS as part of the
compress management command
• Can be used via command-line interface in CI/CD

Have you ever tried some of the NodeJS libraries to remove #CSS classes that aren’t used in your #HTML before?

Instead of running a separate process, I created github.com/adamghill/re... as a #Python library which removes unused classes, ids, and element selectors from CSS.

With BlueSky finally opening up federation, I think it's time to write up something that explains the whole thing, BlueSky, atproto, the works, in one easy to find place. Just the high level bits, hopefully something that any developer can understand: steveklabnik.com/writing/how-...

I paid them early on but didn’t really start using it until lately and have become a fan.
