First, abolish gender segregation—ensure that people of all genders have access to the same opportunities, resources, social spaces, and forms of agency.
For March 8—International Women's Day—this is our four-point program to resist patriarchy and transphobia.
First, abolish gender segregation. Ensure that people of all genders have access to the same opportunities, resources, social spaces, and forms of agency.

Saying that people from oppressed groups must have access to the same opportunities, resources, social spaces, and forms of agency that people from privileged groups do is not the same as saying that people from privileged groups should be able to enter all spaces self-organized by oppressed groups.

Thanks to @CrimethInc@todon.eu for the brilliant program to resist patriarchy and transphobia (Slides 8 & 9)
As we move forward, let's continue to uplift each other, listen to each other's stories, and amplify each other's voices. Let's strive for a world where every woman can live without fear of violence, marginalization, or patriarchal gender oppression.
Today and every day, Queertego celebrates the fierce spirits of women who have paved the way for our freedom.
But International Women's Day is also about acknowledging the struggles we still face today. We're fighting for equal pay, reproductive rights, and an end to gender based violence.
Artists and creatives!!! 🎨 Wellness and self care lovers!!!!! 🧘🏽♀️ Queertego is organizing an Art and Wellness Fair!

A flyer for Queertego's Forum on Gender and Trans-feminism on February 16, 2025 from 10am to 12noon. The flyer states it will be held at 31 Gloucester Avenue, Montego Bay and that refreshments will be available. The design of the flyer features a photo of 3 women of varying ethnicities standing and interweaving their hands above the camera. The dress of one of the women partially covers the camera creating white background for the event information text. The color of the text varies between pink and sky blue, the same color as the blue sky in the background of the image itself. There is a lone palm leaf illustration in solid sky blue in the top right corner as decoration.
Feminism must include all women. Let’s talk about trans-inclusive feminism and why it matters—no fluff, just real convo. Pull up and reason with us on Sunday, February 16 from 10am to 12noon. Refreshments will be provided. DM us for more information! ✨
