This is a concept art of a redesign of the character "Bebop" from "Deadlock". Here the sci-fi construct is reimagined as a diver old diver corpse possessed by a sea spirit. He has a diving helmet, fishnet around the waist, he holds a big anchor in one hand and his other arm is replace by tentacles flowing down and grasping a sea mine.
