The vocals and orchestration for sfs feels very unbalanced, often seeming like the singers are trying to sing over one another or the instruments

As if Casper wrote the last part without thinking of how it would mix with the rest of the song

And from what I’ve known, this has only been in the works for a few months, whereas we saw the journey through epic with Jorge, even the first saga taking YEARS to come out +

Leaving the similarities aspect, sfs sounds very rushed

The music often sounds as if Casper mashed different songs together, hoping they would mix well

This is mostly prominent in crossroads, the shift from the rest of the song to the end when Hades and Persephone are singing “I feel it” sounds +

The general vibe/sound of sfs is very VERY similar to epic aswell, having practically the same kind of vibe, only being slightly more metal(?) +

Casper often uses/used the fact that he has Teagan as Persephone as a grabbing point for epic fans, JP Warner also helped compose sfs, JP helped compose epic, if you didn’t know +

He even went as far as using the same font for the captions +

EPIC vs SFS

He hired every single artist from Epic for the animatics, and I mean EVERY artist. We have no new artists(to my knowledge) when it comes to sfs

Along with how Casper showcases the art/animatics, and has the captions on screen +

Knowing I have a lower chance of Casper Fox seeing my post on THIS website I have some things to say about Stories from Styx
